Ronda Rousey is scheduled to face current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes in her first fight after suffering the first ever professional loss in her career via knockout to Holly Holm at UFC 193 over 12 months ago. Rousey has announced before the December 30, 2016 bout that this fight will be one of her last. Not only has Ronda Rousey been one of the most dominant female fighters the sport of MMA has ever seen, she was also the first female to be signed by the UFC and paved the road for the many females in the sport in an organization that now features 3 Women’s divisions. Ronda has had 13 professional fights. 7 in the UFC, 6 of which she was victorious and the latest in which she suffered her first defeat.
